About the Role

Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a seasoned European Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its expanding Human Resources division based in Dubai. The selected professional will oversee the entire recruitment process and attract high-caliber talent to fuel the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle across diverse business sectors.
• Identify, evaluate, interview, and assess candidates utilizing multiple sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and craft effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated positions.
• Manage interview scheduling and supervise the recruitment stages from candidate identification to job offer.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey while embodying the Allegiance brand values.
• Keep recruitment documentation accurate and current with relevant data.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication skills combined with stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple vacancy management efficiently under fast-paced conditions.
• A proactive approach driven by results and a genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition.
