Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within our Technology, Strategy & Transformation, and Corporate sectors. This position involves close collaboration with leadership to identify and fulfill talent requirements, combining practical recruitment efforts with strategic business insight. You will leverage market intelligence, innovative sourcing methods, and commercial acumen to influence hiring choices and optimize attraction techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and People Partners to align recruitment with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Develop inclusive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, mapping market talent, and targeted attraction approaches.
- Utilize data, market trends, and recruitment expertise to guide hiring strategies and provide an excellent candidate journey.
- Drive continuous enhancement by adopting latest technologies, including AI tools, and innovative recruitment practices.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and proactive talent sourcing in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring leaders effectively.
- Commercially astute, employing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Interest or experience in Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvements and integration of new technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
