Role Overview

This role offers a dynamic and independent working environment perfect for a go-to-market (GTM) recruiter focused on delivering outstanding results for both candidates and business needs. The primary responsibility is building effective revenue-generating teams by collaborating with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, along with some support for technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent across different roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and craft clear job descriptions and criteria.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including online platforms and professional networks.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment—from screening resumes and interviewing to assessing fit with company culture and values.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace.
• Regularly track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Offer training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview methodologies.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding stages.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated success in recruitment, with a mix of agency and in-house experience covering various business functions.
• Proven ability to meet clear KPIs and achieve notable recruitment outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to craft compelling narratives and messages.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with business stakeholders.
• Capability to handle challenging situations constructively.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities with attention to timing and expectations.
• Organized with keen attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not mandatory.
• Primarily remote working with occasional travel, mainly to the New York City office.
