AllSTEM Connections is recruiting for a distinguished client, a leader in digital product innovation, for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement based in New York, providing a collaborative environment focused on advancing design systems and user experience.
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in a dynamic recruitment team, facilitating smooth hiring processes, fostering strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring high-quality candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage both virtual and in-person interviews coordinating with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates through prompt communication and efficient support during scheduling.
- Monitor employee referral initiatives and manage processing of associated referral payments.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and initiate background verification procedures.
- Oversee onboarding activities to guarantee new hires complete necessary requirements.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Create reports, recruitment metrics, and fulfill ad hoc data requests.
- Maintain accuracy of recruitment and HR system data, specifically utilizing Workday and related platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements within HR systems.
- Maintain and update recruitment-related documents, templates, and operational materials.
- Support onboarding of vendors and manage processing of recruitment-related invoices.
- Handle recruitment ticketing requests and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Review recruiting activities performed by external partners to uphold quality and consistency.
- Conduct audits on recruitment processes, flag risks or deficiencies, and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Preferred coursework or training in project management, client services, organizational development, or human resources.
- One to three years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Workday and experience using automated recruitment platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills facilitating collaboration across organization levels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data handling, reporting, and maintaining documentation related to recruitment processes.
Additional Information
- Compensation: $29 per hour on a W2 contract basis.
- Contract duration until January 30, 2027.
- Work schedule: Hybrid with three days onsite at New York City office and two days remote.
- Location: New York, NY 10036, USA.
