Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for several rapid-growth hiring streams.
- Identify, assess, and coordinate candidates efficiently in a high-volume scenario.
- Develop strong connections with candidates, serving as a main contact throughout their recruitment journey.
- Offer constructive input regarding internal recruiting tools and workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in creating scalable hiring protocols, systems, and operational processes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between zero to three years of experience in recruitment, operations, or other performance-driven fields such as consulting or investment banking.
- Demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic, and a goal-focused approach.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Open to feedback, humble, and enthusiastic about learning.
- Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate there.
Compensation Details
- Annual base salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000.
