About the Role

EG is seeking an Endpoint System Consultant with more than 5 years of experience to work from Mangaluru, India or remotely. The role sits within Corporate IT Operations and focuses on strengthening endpoint cybersecurity while also handling broader endpoint management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Reduce endpoint vulnerabilities and manage patching activities to keep devices secure.
• Prepare and roll out user endpoints through automated processes.
• Administer software installed on employee devices.
• Provide third-line support for endpoint-related issues.
• Take part in daily operational work, backlog handling, and project delivery.

Required Profile

• Hands-on experience of at least 5 years in endpoint administration and management.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and how to apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to automate tasks and write scripts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Proactive mindset, comfort working with internal stakeholders, and eagerness to keep learning.

Preferred Experience

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as CrowdStrike and Qualys.
