About Easy Turf Australia
Easy Turf Australia supplies realistic artificial grass solutions to a diverse clientele including schools, commercial businesses, and residential properties. The company innovates beyond traditional grass products and installation methods to provide durable synthetic turf designed specifically for Australia's challenging climate.
Role Summary and Responsibilities
Due to growing demand, Easy Turf Australia is seeking dependable, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join their growing installation team. Working under the guidance of a Head Installer, key duties include general site labor such as setting up and cleaning job sites, surface preparation for turf installation, cutting and precise laying of synthetic turf, and installing turf across sports grounds, schools, commercial, and residential locations. Work hours are primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Reliable access to personal transportation and ability to travel as needed
- Possession of a White Card for Occupational Health and Safety induction
- Current or eligibility to obtain a Working with Children Card
- Experience in synthetic turf installation is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate effectively
- Motivation to learn and improve installation skills through hands-on training
Additional Information
Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided. Prior experience in landscaping, synthetic turf installation, or floor covering will be viewed positively. The company offers remuneration that aligns with applicable award rates.
