Key Responsibilities
Support Workers play a vital role as key workers caring for assigned individuals. Responsibilities encompass personal care during the day, including meal support, hygiene assistance, and physical wellbeing. A primary focus is helping those supported achieve goals outlined in their Individual Plans and facilitating their engagement in community activities to promote inclusion.
