About the role
Mercor partners with top AI research organizations to match exceptional creative and technical professionals with evaluation work. The company is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
This opening is for a customer success / support operations evaluator working remotely on a contract basis, with pay set at $80–$120 per hour.
What you will do
- Review AI-produced materials using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot mistakes in facts, visual presentation, and overall polish across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write concise, well-organized feedback that helps improve future AI outputs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Manage your work independently and asynchronously while meeting deadlines.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer success or support operations.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professionally fluent.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred background
- A master's degree or higher from a respected institution is preferred.
