Support Executive - International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Overview

We are seeking fresh graduates for the role of Support Executive in an international inbound voice process with a focus on US healthcare. This position is based at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The job involves handling inbound calls from US customers, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound international calls from customers in the US healthcare sector.
• Deliver professional customer support and effectively resolve queries.
• Follow company protocols and service standards during calls.
• Maintain communication quality throughout phone interactions.
• Document customer engagements accurately and promptly.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer service targets consistently.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduation in any of the following degrees: BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or MBA.
• Eligible for freshers graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026 (including candidates awaiting results in 2026).
• Excellent proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Availability for rotational and night shifts, including two rotational weekly offs.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
• This is an office-based role; work from office only is mandatory.

Interview Details

A walk-in interview will be conducted on 21st and 22nd August 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Sandip University, Mahiravani, Nashik. Candidates should bring 2 copies of updated resume along with original Aadhar card, PAN card, passport-size photos, and educational certificates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Cost-to-company (CTC) is approximately 3.3 lakhs per annum, with a monthly take-home salary of around 22,000 INR.
• Joining bonus of 25,000 INR subject to clawback over 12 months.
• Shift allowance ranging from 0 to 3,000 INR as a variable component.
