Role overview
HP is looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst in Singapore to turn operational and business data into clear, decision-ready insights. The role focuses on supporting analytics needs, improving reporting quality, and building scalable data solutions for supply chain use cases.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify analytics goals, track important metrics and KPIs, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reporting tools that combine information from multiple sources.
- Plan and implement data collection and integration approaches, choosing methods and tools that support scale and performance.
- Build and support databases and data-processing solutions that improve flexibility and scalability across datasets.
- Prepare high-quality reports using data mining, analysis, and visualization best practices.
- Coordinate with managers and end users to collect requirements, share progress updates, and strengthen working relationships.
Requirements
- A first-level university degree or an equivalent level of experience.
- Generally 1 to 4 years of experience in supply chain or data analytics roles.
- Hands-on ability to analyze data and convert it into meaningful business conclusions.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong collaboration and project management capability.
- Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including technical writing.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python, with the ability to learn additional tools and skills such as HTML.
- Working knowledge of HP business units and overall business strategy.
