Role Summary

Zambrero Capalaba is inviting dependable and committed individuals to join as Supervisors, with opportunities available for both Full-time and Casual roles. The focus is on managing opening and afternoon shifts and playing an integral role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations from opening until close.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant opening duties and carry out daily supervisory tasks.
• Inspire and guide the team to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Prepare fresh Mexican-style dishes following Zambrero's recipe and quality standards.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain an inviting, orderly, and spotless environment for guests.
• Support inventory control including restocking to ensure operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong integrity, punctuality, and a professional attitude towards work.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic quick-service setting.
• Availability to work on a rotation basis covering opening and afternoon shifts.
