Overview

The Supervisor for Professional DJs and Digital Music at Carnival Cruise Line is responsible for overseeing all recorded music, music videos, and the Pro DJ program across the cruise fleet, which hosts the largest nightclub operation at sea.   • Conduct fleet audits and ship visits to maintain music program quality and operational performance.

  • Prepare and manage financial plans exceeding $45 million for music operations.
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor negotiations, inventory management, and optimize costs for equipment and supplies.
  • Manage travel and expenses aligned with company policies for self and direct reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Production, Music Business, IT, or Marketing preferred; Master’s degree advantageous.
