Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee the warehouse and packaging operations at our facility. The individual will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and coordinating logistics to maintain efficient workflow and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities within warehouse and packaging departments.
• Maintain precise stock and inventory records and guarantee their accuracy.
• Oversee the movement of stock, including inbound and outbound materials.
• Generate, print, and validate package barcodes prior to shipment.
• Ensure products are labeled and packaged in compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate shipping and dispatch procedures to meet delivery timelines.
• Check shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and courier information for accuracy.
• Track shipments and liaise with logistics partners to address delivery issues.
• Conduct routine inventory audits and report any discrepancies found.
• Oversee proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory.
• Monitor team performance ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain quality standards throughout operations.
