Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Supervisor/Foreman with expertise in interior fit-out and construction projects to join our Dubai branch located in Al Quoz. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction and interior fit-out activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Supervise laborers and subcontractors to ensure efficient work execution.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
• Interpret design drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and designers to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in construction or fit-out within the UAE market.
• Strong skills in project management including scheduling and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience managing site workers, subcontractors, and material usage.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Solid understanding and commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Excellent problem-solving and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills to work with clients, designers, and managers.
• Ability to maintain focus on quality and detail while meeting tight deadlines.
• Physical fitness suitable for construction site activities.
• Relevant technical certifications or training related to construction or interior fit-out management.
• Valid UAE driving license; owning a personal vehicle is beneficial.
