Job Overview
This role focuses on leading and inspiring your team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations, while consistently delivering excellent customer service experiences to all customers.
Candidate Profile
- Preferred: At least two years of experience in customer service roles.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment and to multitask under pressure.
- Organizational skills to delegate tasks and support team members efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
