Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management and running of the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor at all times.
• Strictly adhere to all food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare and assemble food items following Subway standards.
• Implement training protocols as outlined in the Subway manual.
• Manage stock levels and control inventory efficiently.
• Create exceptional customer food experiences consistently.
• Collaborate with store management to meet set weekly and quarterly goals.
