About the Role

News4Bharat, a business, BFSI, and technology news platform committed to authentic journalism, is seeking a meticulous content and communications expert. The role demands original reporting skills, the ability to research and compose long-form articles, and managing B2B public relations and event planning without reliance on AI-generated content. The ideal candidate is adept at sourcing quotes, validating data, and meeting tight deadlines with 1,500-word feature writing capability.

Key Responsibilities

Research and author detailed articles, explainer pieces, and analyses focused on business, BFSI, and technology sectors, relying strictly on firsthand data and industry sources rather than AI or superficial rewrite.
Edit and rework wire copy, press releases, and contributed texts to align with News4Bharat’s active, India-centric editorial style, avoiding filler and AI-toned expressions.
Vigorously fact-check all numerical data, quotations, and claims prior to publication.
Create and oversee newsletters and social media content maintaining consistent editorial quality.
Independently originate story ideas, moving beyond mere task execution.
Manage PR and communications for B2B clientele, including writing press notes, media pitches, briefing documents, and positioning spokespersons.
Develop and sustain networks with industry professionals, spokespersons, and PR agencies in BFSI, business, and technology domains.
Compose official statements and responses representing News4Bharat and its partner brands.
Coordinate media outreach and journalist relations for both client and internal initiatives.
Plan and organize B2B events such as webinars, panels, roundtables, and dialogues, managing speaker invitations, sponsorships, promotions, registrations, and post-event analysis.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional written English skills, adept at content creation, development, editing, and possessing broadcast-quality news sense.
Strong oral and business communication skills tailored for client interactions and spokesperson engagements.
Fundamental knowledge of mass communication and communication management principles.
Competence in social media newsgathering and digital content production.
Proven ability to produce research-based, verifiable long-form journalism (writing samples to be evaluated; submissions generated by AI will be rejected).

Preferred Background

Experience in media, entertainment, advertising, PR, or marketing industries.
Academic credentials in mass communication, journalism, TV journalism, political science, or related fields, including bachelor's, diploma, or master's level qualifications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive reporter who actively pursues and verifies information, has a unique writing style, and is versatile enough to switch between journalism and PR roles. They should demonstrate organizational skills sufficient to handle full-scale B2B event execution independently.

Location: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (on-site)
Experience Required: 1-3 years in journalism, public relations, or B2B content creation
Salary Range: INR 12,000 to 25,000 per month
