Role Overview
Greensafe International Pte Ltd is hiring a full-time Student Management Officer to support student case handling and school-based follow-up work in Bukit Batok, Singapore. The role focuses on responding to incidents, gathering facts, preparing reports, and working closely with school stakeholders to support students effectively while maintaining professional standards.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to student incidents and manage them in a timely manner.
- Collect factual details and carry out initial investigations.
- Draft polished investigation reports that include findings, evidence, and suggested next steps.
- Develop constructive relationships with students while showing empathy and keeping appropriate boundaries.
- Help students reflect on their behaviour and understand the impact of their actions.
- Work with teachers, counsellors, SEN Officers, and school leaders to coordinate student support.
- Share prompt status updates on active cases.
- Assist with follow-up actions arising from investigations.
- Track patterns in incidents and escalate trends to school leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Higher NITEC or GCE O Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
