Casual Fridays is a marketing agency focused on hospitality, managing social media, content creation, paid social, and digital marketing services for hotels, resorts, and travel brands across the United States.

Program Details

Participants act as independent 1099 contractors, receiving project-based assignments that they can schedule flexibly around their academic commitments. The role involves producing high-quality photography and video content using personal equipment for hospitality clients, editing content, and collaborating remotely with the agency's team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality iPhone photography and videography aligned with client brand standards and marketing goals.
• Create engaging short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social channels.
• Visit various local hotels, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and events to capture authentic guest experiences and stories.
• Coordinate with property staff, client representatives, and Casual Fridays employees during content shoots.
• Edit and organize content for timely delivery as per project needs.
• Participate in occasional virtual meetings and maintain proactive communication regarding project progress and scheduling.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for photography, videography, and social media content creation.
• Proven skills in iPhone photography and video production.
• Experience creating content for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned local market.
• Availability for occasional content shoots on weekdays, evenings, or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or background in hospitality, tourism, hotel, or travel industries.
• Prior content creation for brands or businesses.
• Knowledge of social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• A portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and short-form video creation skills.
