About the Role
The Regis Company is on the edge of launching SimGate 2, an AI-powered Talent Readiness platform that leverages over 25 years of expertise in simulation methodology to revolutionize enterprise learning and development. This position is tasked not with simply selling seats but with pioneering a new category focused on behavioral simulations designed to cultivate higher-order skills such as judgment, systems thinking, critical reasoning, and self-awareness. These simulations supply business leaders with tangible evidence of workforce readiness essential in today's evolving AI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle targeting global Fortune 1000 companies, beginning with outbound prospecting through to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline by applying hustle and persistence alongside the company's established industry reputations and relationships.
- Conduct strategic discovery discussions with Chief Learning Officers, L&D leaders, and HR executives to identify gaps in talent readiness.
- Drive category sales by educating buyers on innovative approaches to learning design, development, and measurement.
- Lead product demonstrations and craft proposals that effectively relate learning initiatives to business outcomes.
- Navigate complex decision-making groups across Learning, HR, Finance, and business units by building broad coalitions instead of single champions.
- Ensure pipeline accuracy through disciplined data management, forecasting, and deal tracking within HubSpot.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by relaying market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence platform evolution.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years' experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS software sector.
- Substantial background in corporate learning, supported by a network of executive contacts.
- Demonstrable success in acquiring new enterprise accounts through complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and protracted sales cycles.
- Experience employing AI tools to address critical sales challenges and enhance outcomes (beyond common ChatGPT usage).
- Category creation expertise is advantageous, evidencing the ability to shift buyer mindsets during sales engagements.
- A consultative sales style emphasizing listening, trust-building, and thought leadership instead of high-pressure tactics.
- A comfort level with startup culture: self-motivated, agile, and accustomed to autonomy without detailed playbooks.

- Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, with on-target earnings between $220,000 and $260,000.
