Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Storeperson to be based at Iron Bridge, operating on a 14/7 roster. Reporting directly to the Planning and Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a vital role in managing tools and assets while collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tool store operations including inspection and calibration of tools in line with compliance requirements.
• Utilize the WASP asset management system to oversee tooling and asset tracking.
• Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with inspection, testing, and tagging protocols for lifting equipment, working-at-heights equipment, and electrical tools.
• Enter Samples on SOS data into Oil Commander for maintenance tracking.
• Oversee inventory control and replenishment of workshop consumables.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing schedules, and calibration of tooling to maintain operational readiness.
• Manage general and hydrocarbon waste removal in coordination with appointed third-party providers.
• Apply extensive warehousing and logistics expertise within a mining site setting.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving capabilities, addressing stakeholder issues effectively.
• Leverage experience with JDE software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
• Operate forklift under a valid high-risk license as required.

You possess a solid background in tool management within an industrial or mining setup, with a hands-on approach to maintaining equipment quality and compliance. Your technical proficiency and problem-solving skills aid in streamlining operations and supporting business goals. Effective communication and organization are among your key traits.
