About the Role

As a key member of the Emerald team, you will provide essential support to customers across the Central Highlands region through the efficient management of goods receipt, dispatch, inventory, and on-farm deliveries. Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-farm deliveries safely and punctually.
• Load and unload trucks, managing dispatch and receipt of goods accurately.
• Pick and pack orders swiftly and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Operate forklifts for handling warehouse materials.
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service fostering strong relationships.
• Manage inventory, goods receipting, dispatch, and complete related paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally presented warehouse environment.
• Follow and promote rigorous safety practices in all duties.
