Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Storeperson to enhance warehouse and stock management operations. This position involves ensuring accuracy in stock handling, efficient storage methods, and timely movement of goods. The Storeperson will engage in receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, upholding inventory accuracy, and assisting with day-to-day warehouse responsibilities. Collaboration with warehouse teams, logistics personnel, suppliers, and operation units is key to maintaining a smooth and effective supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, examine, and properly store incoming shipments and supplies.
• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Manage loading and unloading of deliveries while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain precise inventory records and aid in stock control tasks.
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory data.
• Organize warehouse spaces for optimal storage and easy accessibility.
• Operate warehouse machinery like scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
• Handle delivery paperwork, document stock movements, and compile inventory reports.
• Ensure goods are stored securely and protected against damage.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or store operations is advantageous.
