Role Overview

This position is responsible for keeping stock accurate, organized, and available for day-to-day operations at the Najran, Saudi Arabia location. The role involves receiving materials, tracking inventory, supporting issue and dispatch activities, and maintaining safe storage standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Check incoming materials for quantity and quality, then record them correctly in manual registers or digital inventory tools.
• Maintain systematic storage so items are easy to locate, properly labeled, and arranged for quick retrieval.
• Carry out regular stock checks and compare physical counts with recorded balances to identify differences.
• Issue materials or equipment against approved requests and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely supply.
• Keep documentation up to date for all items received, stored, and dispatched.
• Watch for shortages, excess stock, damaged items, or mismatches and escalate them to the supervisor when needed.
• Support safe and compliant storage practices by following company rules, security measures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams to improve material movement and provide updates on stock status and related issues.
