Role Overview
The Store & Purchase Manager will be responsible for controlling stock, coordinating procurement, and ensuring that material movement supports smooth production and delivery operations in Vasai.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain optimal inventory levels across the store and procurement process.
- Identify, source, and arrange raw materials as well as packaging materials.
- Make sure supplies and materials are delivered on time to avoid operational delays.
- Look for ways to reduce waste and improve the effective use of materials.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders from creation through completion.
- Prepare MIS reports for operational and purchase tracking.
- Work on Tally ERP for store, purchase, and inventory-related records.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely supply and resolution of issues.
