About the Role
This position is for an experienced store leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a single location. The role focuses on guiding associates, supporting business results, and delivering a strong guest experience. The company emphasizes associate growth through paid leadership training, mentoring, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
As the store manager, you will be responsible for the performance and smooth operation of one store. You will lead hiring, team supervision, and direction of associates while working to meet financial objectives and maintain excellent customer service.
Training and Development

Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to work at a store within a 50-mile radius, and have flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends. Food safety certification through ServSafe is required.
Work Conditions
The role is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Work areas may be hot due to steam and cooking equipment, noise levels can be high, and space may be limited. The job requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching across counters, handling both hot and cold food, and using Chinese kitchen knives and other tools accurately and efficiently.

Compensation Details
