Store Keeper

Role overview

Mahova Creation Llp is seeking a Store Keeper in Ahmedabad to manage customer communication, order tracking, records, and coordination across production, vendors, and logistics. The role combines client support, basic sales follow-up, inventory-related coordination, and day-to-day administrative handling.

Core responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests by phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain positive client relationships by sharing updates promptly and offering dependable support.
• Create quotations, follow up with customers, and help confirm orders.
• Track petty cash carefully and keep the records accurate.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through production and final delivery.
• Work with the production team to support on-time manufacturing and expected quality levels.
• Help with production planning, stock coordination, and dispatch tasks whenever needed.
• Keep organized records for orders, invoices, and customer details.
• Carry out basic computer work using MS Office tools such as Excel and Word, along with email and internet use.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners as required.
• Assist sales follow-ups by reviewing leads, understanding customer needs, and spotting opportunities for repeat orders and referrals.
• Make sure communication stays clear and smooth between customers, production staff, and management.

Additional information

The position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Salary is offered in the range of INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month.
