Store Executive

About the Role

Tempsens Instruments Pvt Ltd is looking for a diligent Store Executive based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, to oversee comprehensive store operations including inventory management, material handling, and stock maintenance. The role involves significant interaction with production, purchase, and dispatch departments to ensure seamless material flow and accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage material inward and outward processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate stock records along with regular inventory updates.
• Ensure proper storage methods and clear identification of all materials within the store.
• Liaise with purchase, production, and dispatch teams regarding material requirements and availability.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock reports, issue slips, and other relevant inventory paperwork.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and internal inventory audits to maintain integrity.
• Monitor current inventory levels, reporting any shortages or surplus to relevant stakeholders.
• Uphold housekeeping and safety standards in the store premises to ensure a safe working environment.
• Update inventory details using SAP or ERP software systems and generate detailed inventory movement reports.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain precise documentation of all material transactions and inventory statuses.

Necessary Skills and Experience

• Fundamental understanding of store management and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP software and Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting.
• Knowledge of material receipt (GRN), stock transfers, material issue, and inventory transactions within SAP systems.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain detailed records.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Basic knowledge of material handling and warehouse operations.
• Aptitude to perform in a dynamic manufacturing environment with efficiency.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any field is preferred.
• Between one to two years of experience in store operations, warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems will be considered a beneficial skill.
