Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment remain clean and well-organized.
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools, properly storing them afterward.
- Provide timely assistance to kitchen staff by supplying necessary utensils and tools.
- Help with unloading and arranging food supplies and deliveries.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with environmental policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold overall hygiene and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is advantageous but not required.
- Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting, multitasking as needed.
