Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-focused and analytical State Pallet Controller to join our National Pallet Control Team. This role involves managing pallet operations within your state to ensure precise transactions, adherence to compliance standards, and operational efficiency. As a subject matter expert on pallet management, you will promote best practices, assist team members, and maintain seamless pallet-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy in pallet transactions and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee compliance with national pallet management policies.
- Carry out audits, stocktakes, and process evaluations to maintain data integrity.
- Provide training and support to teams on pallet control procedures.
- Analyze operational data to detect patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams and trading partners to optimize efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experienced with pallet control systems and associated reporting tools.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or equipment management; pallet-specific experience advantageous.
