About One&Only The Palm
One&Only The Palm is a luxurious, intimate beachfront resort located on a private section of Palm Island, Dubai. The team focuses on surpassing guest expectations by crafting personalized experiences filled with creativity, warmth, and precision, whether organizing family activities or romantic dinners.
Role Overview
As a Sports Organizer at One&Only The Palm, you will be a key contributor to the resort's success by overseeing all sports-related activities and facilities. Your responsibilities include ensuring sports areas are impeccably maintained to resort standards, preparing necessary equipment for guest use, and managing guest transportation via buggy service within the sports facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all sports activities and sports facilities within the resort.
- Maintain sports areas to ensure they are clean, orderly, and meet One&Only quality standards.
- Prepare and organize all equipment required for guests’ sporting activities.
- Arrange and coordinate buggy transportation for guests and participants involved in sports events.
- Report directly to the Recreation Manager and collaborate closely regarding operational needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or five-star hotels, preferably within sports or recreational roles.
- Strong enthusiasm and passion for sports, with keen attention to detail and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience within the Middle East or GCC region is a plus.
