Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain the health and wellness advantages of the therapy rooms to members.
- Ensure the spa area is consistently clean, orderly, and maintained to premium standards.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that encourages team belonging and performance.
