About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Report to work punctually, dressed appropriately with the proper uniform and name tag.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and appearance consistently.
- Participate in briefings and meetings as scheduled.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all spa services to effectively promote offerings.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding health, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Minimize wastage of cleaning supplies and materials.
- Clean, maintain, and utilize all equipment according to established departmental standards and intended use.
- Report any lost property to the Spa Manager following company procedures.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions, regardless of whether they fall outside regular hours.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.
- Conduct daily thorough cleaning of treatment rooms, washrooms, and public spa areas in line with departmental standards.
- Ensure the spa ambience is set appropriately for guest comfort as per departmental guidelines.
- Greet guests personally by name to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle soiled linen collection and delivery of clean linen from laundry services as directed, ensuring correct quantities.
- Sort and bag soiled linen adhering to departmental procedures.
- Maintain adequate guest amenities and supply inventory.
- Welcome guests per company policies, escort them to treatment rooms, and serve refreshments after treatments.
- Prepare and serve cold towels as instructed.
- Check all treatment rooms, washrooms, and public spa areas to ensure they are in optimal working condition; report any defects to the Senior Spa Attendant.
