Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic planning for the department, managing the implementation of sorting centers including in/out port processing and temporary storage operations.
• Coordinate resources efficiently to ensure successful business execution and align sorting center operations with corporate development objectives.
• Optimize bulky goods sorting processes by refining workflows, championing equipment upgrades, enhancing operating and data system functionalities, and establishing standardized operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage bulky goods sorting operations by preparing personnel and sorting plans based on shipment volumes, diagnosing operational challenges, and executing corrective actions to elevate operational quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive cost management through capability building, process optimization, and smart resource allocation to enhance sorting efficiency and competitiveness.
• Stay informed on industry trends, integrating advanced technologies and concepts to maintain core competitive advantages in sorting operations.
• Forge strong cross-departmental cooperation by enhancing communication and resource sharing, collaboratively resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth supply chain connectivity to meet service quality targets.
