Role summary

We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape end-to-end technology designs for both enterprise and product-focused applications. This role is based in Surat with the flexibility to work remotely. The position calls for 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in an architecture-focused role, and offers compensation of up to 15 LPA.

Key responsibilities

Design complete architecture solutions for enterprise and product applications from concept through deployment.
Prepare and assess HLDs, LLDs, architecture visuals, deployment schematics, and technical documentation.
Build systems that are scalable, secure, highly available, and easy to maintain.
Assess technologies, frameworks, tools, and platforms to identify the best-fit solution for each need.
Lead architectural decisions for cloud-first and distributed environments.
Guide implementation and release activities with clear technical direction.
Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Take part in requirement discovery, technical problem-solving, and strategic planning discussions.
Help development teams work through complex technical issues.
Document architecture approaches, diagrams, roadmaps, and implementation standards.
Perform feasibility analysis, technical evaluation, and risk assessment.
Promote and enforce strong architecture practices and development standards across teams.

Required experience and technical background

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in an architecture position.
Strong hands-on background in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise architecture.
Good understanding of system architecture, solution modelling, and enterprise application integration.
Practical experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Exposure to caching systems like Redis.
Experience with messaging and queueing platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or Service Bus.
Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed system design.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases as well as modern backend or application frameworks.
Understanding of scalability, security, reliability, and performance tuning principles.

Compensation

The salary offered is up to 15 LPA.

Work location

Surat, Gujarat, India, with remote work flexibility.
