Role Overview
Ziva Solar is seeking a committed Documentation Executive to oversee the complete documentation and approval workflows for rooftop solar projects in coordination with MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd). This role demands familiarity with MSEDCL procedures, strong organizational abilities, and careful attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications for rooftop solar installations to MSEDCL.
- Manage all net metering documentation and facilitate approval processes.
- Handle subsidy application documents related to solar projects.
- Communicate effectively with MSEDCL offices and customers to ensure process transparency.
- Keep track of application progress and work towards timely approvals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and proper record-keeping.
- Create detailed reports utilizing MS Excel and MS Word tools.
- Collaborate with installation and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field; a technical degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in MSEDCL or Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) documentation roles.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong follow-up skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license is preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred for this position.
