Role Overview

Neon is hiring a Software Engineer to lead development efforts within a critical work stream. This role suits a design-oriented engineer passionate about transforming concepts into effective and aesthetically pleasing products. You will engage with the full technology stack, directly crafting and scaling a core product that promotes financial autonomy for game creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support both front-end and back-end parts of the platform
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and launch new features
• Ensure new functionalities are scalable, performant, secure, and user-friendly
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and keep comprehensive documentation

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in software engineering
• Proficient full-stack developer with strong expertise in React and TypeScript
• Eager to acquire new skills and adapt across the technology stack as the team evolves
• Highly self-driven, capable of owning critical projects and delivering impactful outcomes
• Must be able to work onsite at the New York City office

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges between $120,000 and $160,000 annually.
