Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive software engineer to take ownership and enhance our internal technology platform, covering everything from data infrastructure to AI systems, as we revolutionize venture capital by leveraging data. The foundational proprietary system for sourcing and evaluating startups is already in place; your role will be to elevate it further.

This position is based in our Munich office with a full-time hybrid working model. You will work closely with the engineering task force, managing intelligent agent systems pivotal to discovering and supporting top European founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data infrastructure, including managing databases and integrating APIs.
• Enhance and optimize our AI-driven deal sourcing workflow.
• Create internal AI agents to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the investment team.
• Design and implement automation processes to streamline fund management operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM fields.
• One to three years’ experience in fast-moving technical settings such as startups, scaleups, or venture capital environments.
• Strong skills in Python programming and SQL database management.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
• A practical, ownership-centered approach with a builder’s mindset.
