About the role

As Social Performance Lead, you will take ownership of paid social strategy across Australia and the United States. The focus of the role is to grow profitable customer acquisition while also supporting retention through effective remarketing approaches.

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you will lead planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, TikTok Shop and other emerging social platforms. This role blends creative thinking with commercial decision-making to improve performance, scale growth and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation and optimisation of paid social activity across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and TikTok Shop.
  • Build and refine remarketing strategies that support efficient growth and stronger customer acquisition.
  • Track and improve important performance measures such as ROAS, MER, CAC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate and acquisition efficiency.
  • Manage paid social budgets for both Australia and the United States to maximise return on investment.
  • Work closely with Creative and Brand Marketing teams to produce compelling ad creative and messaging that converts.
  • Ensure campaigns stay aligned to the brand, suit local market needs and support seasonal launches and go-to-market plans.
  • Create audience segmentation and targeting approaches that strengthen campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare weekly reporting, insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with platform partners and technology vendors to uncover new opportunities and platform improvements.
  • Keep up with digital marketing trends, newer channels and AI developments to continually enhance performance.

Required experience and skills

  • At least 3–5+ years of experience in paid social performance marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, retail or eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated success managing paid social campaigns that deliver strong commercial results.
  • Excellent analytical ability and confidence working with performance data to guide decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and similar performance marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Rakuten, Mountain CTV and product feed management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-driven approach with a willingness to test, learn and keep improving.
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
