About the Role
VerdeXGlobal, located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and implement comprehensive social media strategies across major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform.
- Establish and maintain a unique and consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- Create platform-specific and shareable content that educates, entertains, inspires, and encourages audience interaction.
- Utilize trending topics, awareness days, and cultural events to create relevant content.
- Design innovative content formats such as Reels, Shorts, videos, carousels, educational materials, and narrative storytelling.
- Drive growth metrics including follower count, engagement rates, content reach, and community expansion.
- Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly social media performance targets.
- Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns.
- Produce and write engaging high-quality content consistently.
