About the Role

Raise Zone Builders seeks a dynamic and inventive Digital Content Creator to craft captivating digital media focusing on our residential construction efforts. This position involves producing outstanding photographic, video, and written materials designed to promote our projects, craftsmanship, and brand ethos across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate engaging visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, showcasing active and completed residential projects.
• Document project milestones, site progress, home walkthroughs, client testimonials, and company events.
• Develop and publish content across social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Compose compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional texts aligned with marketing objectives.
• Organize and execute a monthly content schedule in sync with marketing campaigns and project timelines.
• Edit video and short-format clips using professional editing software.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and sales personnel to gather accurate project details for content creation.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to quality and safety standards in all published materials.
• Optimize content for search engines to enhance online visibility and ranking.
• Track content effectiveness with analytics tools and propose actionable improvements for reach and engagement.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and construction-related content formats.
• Manage an organized archive of project photos, videos, testimonials, and other marketing assets for future use.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 1–2 years experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Industry experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or interior design is advantageous.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), CapCut, or equivalents.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics interpretation.
• Willingness and ability to visit construction sites for content capture.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse projects with timely delivery.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Drone photography/videography experience or certification.
• Familiarity with website management systems such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of digital tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Basic graphic design and motion graphics capabilities.
• Understanding of residential construction methodologies and jargon.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is INR 20,000 to INR 35,000.
