Role Overview
You will support end-to-end social media execution across strategy, content, paid amplification, analytics, community management, influencer collaborations, and client servicing. The role also includes participation in internal marketing, new business efforts, and project coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, manage project deliverables, respond to ad hoc requests, and help build strong working relationships while keeping performance targets in sight.
- Translate client briefs into practical social media plans by researching, analysing data, and developing campaigns, activations, or editorial calendars aligned to business goals.
- Organise creative assets, maintain editorial calendars, and ensure publishing timelines are followed.
- Plan and implement paid social campaigns to support broader strategy, then monitor performance, optimise results, and report on ad outcomes.
- Review social metrics and audience insights, convert findings into actionable improvements, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Manage community interactions, handle page queries and user engagement, and support social customer care standards and response-time expectations.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns when required, including ideation, profiling, briefing, and communication with influencers to meet campaign objectives.
- Contribute to new business activities such as spotting opportunities, helping with pitch development, brainstorming, and presentations.
- Take part in internal marketing activities and propose creative ideas to support the company.
- Lead assigned projects, keep deliverables on schedule, maintain professional communication, and coordinate between the account lead, media partners, clients, and creative teams.
