About the role
Kildare Village, part of The Bicester Collection, is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join its digital marketing team. The business is an open-air, pedestrian-friendly village in County Kildare, Ireland, around one hour from Dublin, with more than 100 boutiques and a strong food and beverage offering. This position is suited to someone who wants to grow into a more formal social media function and contribute to a brand known for creating memorable experiences.
The role is based at Kildare Village with a hybrid arrangement that requires office attendance two to three days per week. The starting minimum salary is €32,700.
What you'll do
In this position, you will help shape and deliver the social media strategy while collaborating with internal teams and central stakeholders.
- Assist in delivering a communications plan that strengthens impact across social channels.
- Work with central teams to understand brand positions and campaign guidance.
- Oversee paid activity on social media platforms.
- Help roll out campaigns across departments such as Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, and Partnerships.
- Stay current on new and emerging social media features.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to review performance and measure results.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion or retail sector, along with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Prior professional background in digital marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop is desirable.
- Comfort using community management and analytics tools such as Facebook Analytics, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, Locowise, and Synthesio.
- Interest in new and innovative communication channels.
