House of Ruh is a lifestyle brand inspired by Jaipur, designing elegant everyday items for homes, travel, and daily living. We aim to create a strong visual and narrative identity that captures the beauty of our ethos.

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and visually-driven Social Media Content Creator based in New York or New Jersey to help elevate our brand presence. This role involves crafting lifestyle photo and video content, focusing on TikTok and Instagram platforms, and collaborating closely with the Jaipur creator and media team to produce cohesive storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Capture engaging lifestyle photography and videography across New York City and New Jersey.
Strategize, plan, and produce creative content specifically for TikTok and Instagram channels.
Contribute to developing and refining the visual style that defines House of Ruh.
Collaborate with team members, including the Jaipur creator, media team, Founder, and Marketing Lead, to generate creative ideas, campaigns, and support product launches.
Monitor social media trends to align content while maintaining brand consistency.

Candidate Profile

Possesses a keen eye for composition, lighting, and story-driven content.
Passionate about creating short-form content, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
Skilled in photography, videography, and content editing.
Demonstrates creativity, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
Eager to contribute to building a brand from inception.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
Background in lifestyle, fashion, travel, or home brand content creation.
Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) or creator-driven content.
