Role summary
This is an on-site internship opportunity in Dublin with the possibility of converting into a full-time position. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content for social platforms in line with each client’s tone of voice and marketing goals.
What you will do
The role includes creating everyday social content, such as short videos, graphics, and captions, and publishing posts designed to improve engagement and reach. You will work alongside designers and strategists, use performance data to refine content, contribute ideas in brainstorming meetings, keep up with platform trends, and help with campaign rollouts and audience interaction.
Skills and qualifications
Applicants should be able to create content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, including video, image, and written formats. Basic design and editing ability using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software is expected. You should understand social media planning, content calendars, audience targeting, and campaign delivery, along with strong writing and storytelling skills that can adapt to different brands.
You should also be comfortable engaging with online communities, replying to comments and messages, and helping protect a brand’s reputation. The role requires good teamwork, the ability to juggle several projects, and the discipline to meet deadlines. A practical understanding of digital marketing concepts such as awareness, engagement, and conversion-driven content is important, as well as strong attention to detail, creativity, and an initiative-taking approach to spotting trends and content ideas. Experience creating social content for an agency or a brand is preferred, and a portfolio or examples of previous work would be highly valued. A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable.
