About Growly
Growly is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency and a Google Partner, specializing in a comprehensive set of modern marketing strategies including SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC). Established as a key leader in Korea's dynamic SEO and GEO markets, the company is now making a strategic entry into the U.S. market.
Role Overview
We are seeking an in-house Social Media Content Creator who will take full ownership of building Growly's brand from scratch on platforms such as Instagram, Reels, and LinkedIn. This position involves conceiving and developing original strategies rather than implementing pre-existing plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Growly's Instagram channel, managing follower growth, engagement rates, and reach metrics.
- Plan and create engaging carousel posts.
- Handle all aspects of Reels content production including concept development, shooting, editing, and publication.
- Create and publish LinkedIn content with a professional B2B tone in English.
- Prepare monthly content calendars alongside performance reports.
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English to create content in both languages.
- Strong expertise in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience designing carousel graphics using platforms like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
- Practical understanding of the Instagram algorithm and current trends.
- Experience managing or growing a social media account, whether personal or professional.
Preferred Skills
- Interest or experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, or PPC to translate technical expertise into compelling content.
- Background in agency environments, B2B, healthcare, or beauty industries.
- Photography and photo retouching capabilities.
- Basic familiarity with Meta advertising platforms.
Application Requirements
Submission of a portfolio is mandatory and applications without it will not be considered. The portfolio must include:
- At least one link to a self-edited short-form video or Reel.
- A sample of carousel content you designed.
Providing links to managed social accounts is considered an advantage.
