Job Overview
We are actively searching for a skilled SOC Analyst / Cyber Security Engineer to enhance security compliance, address penetration test remediation, and manage operational security controls within enterprise IT environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate NIST CSF and NIST 800 assessments, including gathering necessary evidence.
- Support gap analysis efforts and prepare audit-ready documentation.
- Analyze and validate findings from penetration tests.
- Coordinate remediation efforts with application, infrastructure, and network teams.
- Maintain and support endpoint, vulnerability, and infrastructure security controls.
- Implement system hardening, configuration corrections, and verify post-remediation outcomes.
- Assist in reviewing and cleaning firewall and network security rules.
- Manage security platforms including Cisco and Imperva.
- Work with SIEM tools such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Ensure proper log onboarding and confirm detection coverage.
- Track remediation progress and maintain audit evidence.
- Support incident management for priority 1 and priority 2 cases and conduct root cause analysis activities.
- Take part in change advisory board processes and validate releases.
