We are seeking an experienced Skilled Foreman with over 7 years of expertise in building construction to oversee and direct construction activities on site. This role demands a thorough understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and project requirements alongside the ability to lead teams efficiently while enforcing safety standards and ensuring timely progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
• Oversee daily construction operations and closely monitor site progress against schedules.
• Organize work schedules and track attendance of all workforce members.
• Assign duties to workers and subcontractors according to project priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure correct and safe utilization of machinery, tools, and safety gear on site.
• Uphold all workplace safety protocols and strive to maintain on-time completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of building construction methods, procedures, and equipment operation.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication, including speaking and listening.
• Age requirement: between 30 and 50 years.
