Overview
Cooling Towers Ireland, a prominent provider in the cooling solutions sector, is seeking a Site Technician to join their team. This role suits proactive individuals willing to travel across Ireland, delivering vital onsite services for cooling systems. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver eager to engage directly with clients and contribute to maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout Ireland to conduct regular maintenance on cooling equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults and technical issues as they arise.
- Offer on-location technical assistance and training for customers.
- Prepare and complete detailed service documentation and reports.
- Be available for travel engagements lasting anywhere from two days up to two weeks.
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a site-based capacity is preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness and capacity for frequent travel.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Must possess a clean driving license and a valid passport.
- While formal HVAC experience is optional, strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay at €18.50 per hour based on a 39-hour workweek, with significant overtime compensation.
